This stone has few veins and this is one of the quality factors of Hajiabad travertine. Hajiabad travertine has less porosity compared to most types of travertine; In other words, this stone has limited holes and voids. Travertine holes are the result of the release of carbonic acid gas from solutions rich in calcium carbonate during the formation process of this stone.
